Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, during your free 15-minute consultation call, you will briefly share what has brought you to therapy, your ultimate goal, and ask any additional questions about what to expect during the therapy process. This call is an opportunity for us to determine if we are a good match. If we decide that we may be a good fit, we will proceed with scheduling our first session. If either one of us decides that we are not a good fit, that’s okay! We will offer referrals for alternative therapists. Our goal is to help you get the help you need.
Do you offer teletherapy and/or in-person sessions?
Yes, we offer therapy services both online and in-person. Please note that services are only provided to individuals in the state(s) that a therapist is licensed in.
Meeting online for therapy provides flexibility and accessibility, allowing individuals to receive support from the comfort of their own space. It eliminates geographical barriers, making it easier to connect with a therapist of your choice, even if they are in a different location. Online therapy also offers convenience, saving time and reducing the stress of commuting, making it an excellent option for those with busy schedules or mobility constraints. Your therapy session will be conducted using a HIPAA compliant, secure service.
Meeting in person offers a unique opportunity for genuine connection and deeper understanding. It allows for non-verbal cues, such as body language and facial expressions, to be an integral part of the therapeutic process, enhancing communication. Additionally, in-person sessions provide a structured and dedicated space where individuals can focus solely on their well-being, promoting a sense of commitment to the therapeutic journey.
